Dublin Youth Hostel

The Dublin International Youth Hostel is located in the city with a 15 minute walk to the lively Temple Bar area. It offers basic clean accommodation,  friendly staff, a good atmosphere and a good price. Most rooms are dormitories with no private facilities, although there are a limited amount of private rooms. The hostel is very popular and good value.

Kingston Hotel Dun Laoghaire

Located 15 minutes by DART from Dublin city centre, the Kingston is a delightful 53 bedroom hotel with panoramic views of Dublin Bay. Elegantly decorated, all rooms are en-suite and equipped with TV, telephone and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel offers one of the finest traditional Irish bars in the area and fine a la carte menu in the newly opened Haddington Bistro. The hotel also boats a large beer garden overlooking the bay. A popular choice just outside the city.

Ibis

The Ibis is a good 2* hotel located by the Red Cross roundabout off the M50 about 5 miles from the city centre. Arlington

One of Dublin’s most central hotels, the 3 star Arlington overlooks the Liffey river at O Connell bridge, just a few minutes walk from the Temple Bar area. It is well renowned for its Irish hospitality, friendliness and fantastic atmosphere on the Welsh visits to Dublin and continues to be one of the most popular hotels used by rugby supporters. All 115 spacious rooms are en-suite and equipped with satellite TV, telephone and tea/coffee making facilities. This is always extremely popular and requires early booking to ensure availability

Camden Court

This centrally located 3 star hotel is a short walk from the Temple Bar area and 10 minutes walk from Grafton Street. The hotel offers an excellent restaurant, brand new themed bar and leisure centre fully equipped with gym, pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. All 246 recently refurbished rooms are en-suite with TV, telephone, internet access, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Very friendly staff and excellent atmosphere found at this modern city centre hotel.

Jurys Christchurch Inn Hotel

This very popular 3 star hotel is located opposite the Christchurch Cathedral in the heart of the city. Its lively bar and informal restaurant and coffee shop together with its excellent location make this one of the most popular with welsh supporters. Some twins offer a double bed plus a sofa/put up bed whilst triples offer 2 singles or a double plus sofa/put up bed.

Jurys Custom House Inn Hotel

Centrally located along the River Liffey, on Custom Quay,  this very popular 3 star hotel is in the heart of the city, just 5-10 minutes walk from O Connell Street and Temple Bar.  The hotel boats a mini gym, very lively bar and excellent restaurant. Montrose

Located around 2 miles from Dublin city centre, this quality 3 star hotel is very popular with Welsh rugby supporters. Lively bar offering lunch and snacks, plus a la carte restaurant. Mespil

Royal Hotel and Leisure Centre, Bray

Just 30 minutes by DART from Dublin City centre, the 3 star Royal Hotel is located in the seaside town of Bray.
